End User License Agreement

Welcome to the Keyholder App. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and C B Newham FSA ("the author"), the creator of the Keyholder App. This Agreement applies to your use of the Keyholder App, available through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. By installing the Keyholder App, you agree to this Agreement. If you disagree with any terms, please do not use the app.

1. Parties: This Agreement is solely between you and the author, not Apple, Inc. ("Apple") or Google, Inc. ("Google"). However, both Apple and Google, as third-party beneficiaries, have the right to enforce these terms.
2. Privacy: The author respects your privacy. Usage information collected by the Keyholder App is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Keyholder App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the relevant App Store Terms of Service.
4. Subscription: Access to the Keyholder App requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective billing terms. Subscription prices are as displayed in the app at time of purchase.
5. User-contributed content: You may contribute comments, access notes, and photographs to the Keyholder App. By contributing content, you grant the author a non-exclusive licence to store and display that content to other users of the app. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you contribute does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Age Restrictions: Users must be 17 years or older. Users under 17 require verifiable parental consent.
7. Intellectual Property: The Keyholder App and its associated software and infrastructure are the intellectual property of C B Newham FSA and are protected by copyright law. User-contributed content remains the property of its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its non-user-contributed content without prior written permission from the author.
8. Warranty: The author provides the Keyholder App "as is" and disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
9. Maintenance and Support: The author will endeavour to maintain and update the app but is not obligated to provide any specific level of support unless required by law.
10. Product Claims: The author is not responsible for legal claims related to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection issues beyond those required by applicable law.
11. Termination: The author reserves the right to terminate your access to the app for violation of these terms.
